How does she know
what's on my mind
why does my heart
feel as if its in a bind
is this really love, is it really this nice
I can't even recall us having a fight
but this cant be what love is
for my parents don't have this
they fight all the time
and I've never seen a loving kiss
maybe they're together
for all the wrong reasons
all I know is that our love is real
not knowing the pain that I may have to feel
my parents are wrong in what they have
and they taught me wrong for their love is bad
but I don't have to think
I just have to be
for that's really what love is
just you and me.
