Fallen Angel

He fell from Heaven
For love
His name, not known
His wings, like a dove's
His affection shown
He sees her now
He's supposed to kill her, how
I do not know
He is handsome,
Yet no one knows him
He is a good guy
If he loves you
He'll die
Just for the love of you two,
Yet we all just breathe a sigh.
He's a fallen angel!
He can cause pain
And despair
The secret I must share
Is that one as beautiful as he
Is just a fallen angel,
You see.

Constance Lightcap from Pennsylvania writes,
“I write all different kinds of poems. They are random thoughts that go through my mind. Some are very tragic and others not so much.”

She tells us that the poem is “written about and inspired by the book: Hush, Hush by: Becca Fitzpatrick.” You can read about Fitspatrick's Hush, Hush at Wikipedia.
